[GNC] W11 5.13 crashes on reconcile

Hi Paul,

There was a fix delivered on 10/12 which might be relevant.  I suggest 
you try a more recent nightly build: 
https://code.gnucash.org/builds/win32/stable/

If the issue persists, I suggest you file a bug and, if you are able, 
provide the stack trace: https://wiki.gnucash.org/wiki/Stack_Trace
