[GNC] When will verion 5.13 be fixed to allow bills to be paid without crashing?

My frustration came with NOT being able to reinstall 5.12 until I spent a couple of days googling everywhere trying to figure out how to do that. My distro purged the 5.12 version as soon as the 5.13 appeared and updated my version 5.12 app. Not possible unless I build the app myself from the 5.12 source which I can't do. Until I was told to move from the debian package to a Flatpak installation did I make any progress. But the Flatpak installation installs the same buggy 5.13 version. So I spent another day of googling trying to figure out how to make Flatpak install the older 5.12 version which involves installing the buggy 5.13 version and then through some more terminal fumbling discover the magic command to get the 5.12 version installed. I expect to install applications through my OS software manager library with a simple click of a mouse normally.

Well said Geoff.
I agree with you and appreciate the work of the admins.
I have the same issue with crashes, but I have patience. And we can reinstall 5.12.
Best,
Etienne
