[GNC] File > "Recent Files"

I'm curious where GnuCash stores the list of "Recent Files" in the File
menu in internal configuration. How can I manually edit how many recent
files are allowed to show up in that list. For example, will it allow me to
have 10 entries in that list? If not, would it be possible to configure the
limit to support 10?

For reference I'm using Version: 5.11, Build ID: 5.11+(2025-03-29), on Arch
Linux.
