[GNC] where are CSV import settings saved?

When I import CSV transaction files, I save the column mappings, lines to
skip, date format, etc. If I do a file  | save as, the collection of
settings don't come over to the saved file. It would be nice to back these
up, just in case they are lost, but I don't know where they are stored.
They seem to be associated with a particular XML file.

Does anyone have any answers?
