[GNC] Is GnuCash Email system down?

   - I have tried to draw attention to the version of the Mailman software
   that GnuCash is using before, this email from July 2025 being the most
   recent example. Basically, GnuCash is using an older version of Mailman
   2, but there also doesn't appear to be any plans to upgrade to Mailman
   3.
