[GNC] computer change and backup

thank you both. i’ve tried both these options. i also deleted the LCK files (per the wiki). in both cases (opening from file one trying to open gnucash first it’s not opening). there are 2 log files still in the directory with my latest .gnucash file.
i also just double checked he path and it all looks ok.
i have an older file but i was guessing it would have the same issues.
anything else i should try?
