[GNC] computer change and backup. mac m4 vs intel

For Macs, there is both an Intel version and a Silicon (Mx) version. If
you're running an M4, you need the Silicon version.

I have an M1 and am running GnuCash just fine using the Silicon version
(I'm running Sequoia 15.6.1).
