[GNC] Black report screen, but no nvidia

Hi all,
I'm in the process of doing some in depth analysis of my finances, so
ran a report and set parameters as needed--all was good.  I wanted to
move the report to a separate monitor so I could see it while also
looking at transactions, etc.  So I used the "New Window with Page"
menu option.  A new window opened, with correct toolbar, menu, etc.,
but the report was solid black.  I can blindly copy and paste the
report elsewhere, and the export to PDF function works as expected.

This of course, sounds similar to the infamous nvidia problem except
for the new window step, but I don't have an invidia chip.  My system:

Gnucash 5.15-1 from Flathub
Ubuntu 25.10, running Gnome 49 with Wayland
AMD Radeon 780M graphics

I booted into the Budgie desktop that just says "X11" so I assume it's
not Wayland, and the new window report works fine, pointing to
something in Wayland.  This happens with every report I tried, and
only occurs with reports--other types of tabs open just fine.  I have
done this many times, but it has been at least a month (or two or
three?) since I last did so.

I don't have a bugzilla account to search for this--could one be set
up?  Wiki not responding to verify, but other recent bugzilla requests
in this list have included a user name (jimpassmore will do) and email
(the one I use on this list).
