Phyllis,
If transactions are marked as do not import it can usually be because
the transactions already exist in your GnuCash records either from
manual entry or as a result of an import to another account
(transactions between accounts for example) or they may also have been
matched to similar earlier transactions if the date time matching
window is too large. This can happen with regularly occurring
transactions. You can examine the registers manually (with the import
popups still open) to check is the transaction does or does not
actually exist in your records and mark it to import by checking the
first column (Add) if it is not actually already in your records. They
will then be imported.
