[GNC] Installation Problem

Usually:

C:\Program Files\GnuCash

is the location and what might not get cleaned up properly occasionally, 
thus throwing the error.

It might also be under:

C:\Program Files(x86)\GnuCash

though that isn't as common for some years now.
