[GNC] How do I print a transaction register

Hooping you have followed the whole thread.  Yes my setup matches yours. 
Yes, I was never able to get an actual report.  When I go to Reports/ 
Transaction Report (a blank screen) and then CTRL-P, I get the screen.  
I need you to define "toolbar".  Do you mean the Tools menu choice?  I 
have never seen what I know to be a toolbar or have I ever seen a print 
button in this version of GC.
