[GNC] Merging multiple .OFX for import

I think you are making it hard on yourself: I import my accounts monthly, &
reconcile so I can check for fraudulent transactions.
I have previously had difficulty importing multiple files, so now do it singly.
Not sure if there is another way to perform what you want, but I feel it
would be easier using .csv files (which could be edited first).
