[GNC] GNUCash 5.14 on Windows 11 Professional

I am unable to import CSV files into GNUCash 5.14 using the FILE ==> IMPORT
==> IMPORT TRANSACTIONS FROM CSV.  I have been able to walk through the
wizard and get to the IMPORT SUMMARY which says "The transactions were
successfully imported from the file..." however I am unable to find the
imported transactions in the account registers no matter how many times I
attempt to import data from the CSV file.

Any suggestions on how to get this to work, or any suggestions on an older
version of GNUCash that is more stable in supporting features like CSV file
imports, account reconciliation, and reports.
