[GNC] Control+PageDown does nothing, Control+PageUp works

Adding my observations: Release 5.14 in Flatpak on Ubuntu: Ctrl-pg up and
ctrl-pg dn both work as expected. When encountering a report tab that
takes a while to load it will not move on until that report has finished
loading. Nice to know about Ctrl-Alt-Space, but I wonder if I will
remember it when I need it.
