At least on Windows, CTRL + ALT + PAGEUP/DOWN will work on the accounts tab as well

Adding my observations: Release 5.14 in Flatpak on Ubuntu: Ctrl-pg up and ctrl-pg dn both work as expected. When encountering a report tab that takes a while to load it will not move on until that report has finished loading. Nice to know about Ctrl-Alt-Space, but I wonder if I will remember it when I need it.
