[GNC] Transaction Linked Document - acceptable Linked Location values

The preference setting does indeed let you specify a folder, that's the 
point. It doesn't have to be root of any drive. It can be anywhere in 
the tree.

But now I see you want, on a particular transaction, to specify a 
location rather than a single file. Though I'm not sure I grasp the 
utility since you can specify a path in preferences. Individual 
transactions get a specific file you can view, without having to hunt 
for it.
