Addition of HBCI support, Maturity of 1.7-branch, next stable release time frame?

This is great, in that same timeframe, we should also have working OFX 
support, which would make GnuCash the only OpenSource pachkage (that I know 
of) that would support either or both of those standards.

I will soon start working on the integration of my OFX library with GnuCash.  
However, much of the user interface issues will be common between the two 
systems.  It would be important to have some coordination, and ideally have a 
common design, so we dont duplicate our work.  Account creation, matching, 
transaction matching, transaction duplicate verification, and probably many 
more issues should be exactly the same for both systems.
