newbie: api reference for guile extension

Pretty much all the scheme APIs are self-documented..  You can find
the gw-*.html files within the build tree (after you build Gnucash).
In particular, you probably want to look at gw-engine.html, which
documents the Engine API.

Mostly you probably want to:
1) load a data file
2) find the source and target accounts (remember that Gnucash is
   double-entry, so you need two accounts)
3) create a new transaction with two splits and make the proper transfer
4) commit your changes.
5) save the data file.

You could do all this in C if you prefer.  The APIs are pretty similar.
