Using newer versions of guile and g-wrap

Well, the configure script specifically tests for and rejects guile >=
1.5.0 so yes, Gnucash 1.7.1 does not support guile 1.6.  It is
possible that this may change before 1.8, but I believe some of the
issue is g-wrap not supporting 1.6.  Another issue may be incompatible
API changes, but honestly I dont recall why we made these checks
offhand.

This is the current dependency, yes.  And it is "< 1.5.0", for the
record.
