I'm attaching a tar file of the raw php web pages.  Translate those,
don't change the php, don't change the filenames, and it'll 'just work'.
When you are done, send a not to me & to gnucash-devel at gnucash.org
I get a lot of email, if I don't answer in a week, just write again.
