gnucash gnome2/Gtk2 Windows

I'm asking for some background information because I am considering
volunteering, yes.  I wouldn't expect someone else to drop everything
and start on this just because I mentioned it.

Thank you for the information.  I am looking into the build tools on
Windows.

I'll report back when I get somewhere or hit a road block.
