gnucash gnome2/Gtk2 Windows

IIRC, the biggest issues were a circular dependency in src/app-file
(with src/app-file/gnome) and getting guile to load "shared objects".
The latter is a bigger issue, IMHO, based on the current gnucash
modularization strategy.
