www.gnucash.org simplification proposal

Hi Josh,

as already mentioned on IRC I generally agree that most of that content 
should indeed be removed from the menu. Just a couple of remarks:

Not quite. I think such a menu item should appear somewhere. Think of 
someone whoe browses to gnucash.org with the question in mind "How can I 
get involved in development here?". The wiki page is just fine for that, 
i.e. simply link there. This menu item doesn't have to appear under 
"General information", though. "Development" would be just fine.

gnucash-wiki. But now it's outdated and I agree that it should be 
removed from this menu.

Not quite. I think I do care, and it serves as part of the answer to 
"why did your gnome2 port take so long...". Could be moved to wiki, though.
