Again font size when printing (help!!!)

I know little about the reports, but I do know that you can save them as 
HTML.

Do that, save them as HTML, then you can put them in any HTML editor and 
modify them as you wish, including changing the font size. In fact you 
probably will be able to change the font size in the browser alone without 
an editor.
