Yes, definitely: AqBanking 2.3.3 should work quite well with libchipcard3.

The problem with outdated software is, that you might have trouble when
asking for support.
By the way: This is the Gnucash developers mailinglist. The topic of
your mail seems to fit better on the libchipcard or AqBanking
related mailing list (they even speek German there). You're welcome to
ask you question there again to get a more specific audience... :-)
