Compiling gnucash

Dear Madams and Sirs,

I have finally got gnucash compiled and prodcing a self-installing executable.
I used vmware running Microsoft XP on a Microsoft Vista machine.

I needed to put "AQBANKING_WITH_QT=yes" into custom.sh. "AQBANKING_WITH_QT=no" did not work for me.

When installing QT, I had to change the"Previoulsy installed mingw" from the defaultd "C;\mingw" to "C:\Soft\mingw" 

PS When trying to do this directly under Vista, I run into permision problems.
