Win 2.3.0 nightly build 18098 won't run - libwebkit-1.0-2.dll missing

Dear devs,

Have just downloaded new win 2.3.0 nightly build 18098 (1 June 2009) and
tried to run.  Will not start and reports libwebkit-1.0-2.dll not found.  I
understand that if I am building GNUcash 2.3.0 I need to have
webkit-1.1.5-win.32 unzipped & available for the building process - but
where do I whack it when I am trying to use one of the new nightly builds? 
Love the nightly concept - as I am more interested in testing & using than
the whole building thing!  Windows Vista Home Premium SP1.
