In my original attempt, I used Eclipse's patch function.
I now tried with the patch command line tool. When running a diff on the files
patched by these two methods, they turn out to be different. So I have now
committed the version created with the command line patch tool.
If that one turns out to be ok, I will avoid the Eclipse patch tool for mixed
language files.
