Next release 2.4.1 soon? (was: Branching stable and trunk?)

Well, if you *can* track this down, feel free to do this for 2.4.1, but OTOH I 
am quite confident a 2.4.1 release is more than justified with all the 
bugfixes that we already have (libdbi being the most prominent one). I'd 
prefer to have 2.4.1 really quickly and not to wait for any further bug - IMHO 
none of them is as severe as the libdbi one, so the release should be done 
really soon. This weekend?
