I found that the other account types that you named above may be created
by the 
New Account Hierarchy Setup Assistant.  Therefore I created
https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=712764
to suggest that the documentation be revised to clarify that
distinction.  If that cannot be implemented before the translation
deadline it will at least be in the queue for the next round.
