Multiple mismatchs between e.g. gnucash-guide.xml and *-C.omf

Hi Frank,

Thanks for bringing this up. While I have worked a lot on the build process in
the documentation while implementing pdf creation, I never knew the existing
build process was based on gnome-doc-utils. I didn't know what the omf file
was for (and I still don't actually), that it should be kept in sync with the
other tool versions and so on.

I don't remember I took a more recent version of the docbook xslt files from
the gnome-doc-utils project (as I wasn't aware of this project until now). I
did upgrade it, but I thought I found this on the docboook website instead.

I'm all for upgrading to a more recent version, and especially for re-aligning
the other parts I never did. This will have to be done very carefully though.
I know I have made lots of changes in the makefiles and also a few in the xslt
files. We will probably have to re-evaluate all of these changes and see if
they still apply. As it's been a while that would mean I'd have to refresh my
memory by studying what I actually did and why.

Regards,

Geert
