This variable is defined in the script:

    html_help_workshop_installer = "htmlhelp.exe"

But in the call to install-package:

    ... -setup_cmd $html_help_installer

Changing the second line to refer to 'html_help_workshop_installer' makes it
run the HTML help installer.
