Version 1.6.2 crashing on open of my account set.

Where do I start looking for solutions?  It worked last week.  It will open
to the create new accounts wizard if I leave the .LCK file after the crash.
I think my data is somehow corrupted.  

I have converted this set of accounts from 1.4.12 to 1.6.2.
