Some beginner questions

Dear Rob,

sound nearly good. But there is no doc/sgml/C (gnucash 1.4.9).
Neither in the source dir nor in /usr/local/share/gnucash/doc. So I
tried all directories called "C" in a path with gnucash. But make
manual-ps always ends up with 
make: *** No rule to make target `manual-ps'.  Stop.    

Could you send me the ps-file?
