I followed these instructions carefully. In particular, I installed gnome
using 'lynx -source http://go-gnome.org | sudo sh' on a RedHat 7.1 system
installed as a KDE workstation. I then got the g-wrap, Guppi, and gnucash
RPM's from the redhat-7-guile-1-4 directory and installed them with no
missing dependencies.

However, gnucash 1.6.0 won't start; it complains that slib is missing,
which it is not. slib-2d1-ximian.4 is installed, and there is a symlink
from /usr/share/guile/slib -> /usr/share/guile/1.4/slib .  If I manually
start guile and type "(use-modules (ice-9 slib))" I don't get any error
messages.  What gives?
