rpmfind is a mirror of the standard redhat, suse, etc. shipped/
production rpms.  It also mirrors redhats latest 'unstable' development=20
release ('rawhide', presumably in refernce to the carpet burns from=20
boinking with it.)  There is also a smattering of 'private' rpms built=20
by individuals; presumably, most users are smart enough to not download=20
and install these.  These are presumably as trustworthy as anything we=20
have on the gnucash.org site, which are built by trustworthy
individuals, but how does anyone else know that ??  (Actually, how do I
know that??)

rpmfind is as safe debian: is a redhat employee more trustworthy than a
debian maintainer?  Who knows?

Use 'rawhide', and then pester redhat to stay current with gnome ??
