Bug Reporting - gnumatic.com not found

I am trying to submit a bug but cannot access gnumatic.com dues to a DNS
issue. whois shows the domain record has expired ... is there a new
reporting URL on gnucash.org? Additionally, is there any method of
viewing open bugs now that bugs.gnumatic.com is apparently offline (or
at least not known by DNS servers)?

If gnumatic.com is still available and it is a local DNS issue on my
end, can someone please forward an IP address so I can resolve things
here.
