GnuCash 1.7.6 RPMs for RedHat 8.0

I've built a set of GnuCash RPMs for RedHat 8.0.  OFX support is enabled
in these builds, so libofx is required.  All RPMs needed to install
GnuCash are provided (libofx and g-wrap).  Note that for some reason you
also need to install libg-wrap3-devel in order to run GnuCash, even if
you don't want to build GnuCash from source.
