importing .qif from bank

I am very new to gnucash so please be patient with my
questions.  I have imported all of my qif files from
quicken with little problem.  I am trying to import
qif files from my bank and VISA accounts.  The first
time I imported it was successful.  The second time I
was unsuccessful.  Any suggestions?
