Reconciliation starting balance

I'm having some problems with "Find" since the upgrade.  I'm not sure
why.  This is actually the first time I've tried to find a transaction
based on anything except the description field.  I am trying to find a
transaction based on the amount and GnuCash is *not* returning the
results I expect.  It won't even find the transaction I am looking at
while doing the find.
