Process payment / create invoice from qif import

The QIF importer does not handle any business features, and there is
no plans to implement A/R or A/P features for the QIF importer.
Someone mentioned working on a IIF importer, but you'd have to
search the archives and ask them for any status -- nobody has submitted
any patches to implement it, yet.
