News gateway broken?

I returned to lists.gnucash.user at news.linuxguru.net after a long
hiatus and noticed that there haven't been any messages since August 31.

This appears to be true for lists.gnucash.devel also.

Looking at the archive, it does appear there has been traffic, and about
budgeting too!
