Report chopping off some text

Okay, I've managed to get reports to print, but they are chopping off
part of the last line or so---I didn't look very close to count lines,
but there is clearly only half a line of text visible at the bottom of
the page, both when viewed with ghostview and when printed.  This is
the Transaction Report I am looking at....

When I look at the postscript, I see the bounding box set to

    %%BoundingBox: 0 0 596 842

which is a bit larger than the physical page (8.5x11).  I can't find
anyplace in the options to set paper size....
