While it's true there are currently no ports of GnuCash to windows,
that does not imply that there will never be. Right now it would be
problematic. In the future it might be easier (e.g. after the G2 port
is finished).
Personally I'm not against a windows port. I just have little
incentive to do it myself. But I've always said I'd be amenable to
patches that enable the port.
