In version 1.8.10, there's a Save Report gotcha. When I created a
Transaction Report, didn't change the default name, and saved it; GC
tried to replace Transaction Report in the report menu with the custom.
It didn't work. I had to kill the process.

When I restarted GC, Transaction Report was no longer in the main line
of the Reports menu. It was in the Custom sub-menu, and GC crashed when
I selected it.

~/.gnucash contained a file called saved-reports-1.8. Deleting it fixed
things.
