Thanks Derek.
I don't have many asset accounts or bank accounts but I do want to keep
track of my income and expenses in different categories. I have four
income categories and about 20 expense categories.
Maybe I shouldn't be using gnucash for this. I am very new to accounting
in general and I am living in Thailand so I can't afford a good
accountant or accounting package. GnuCash does seem to do everything I
want, it's just cumbersome for data entry and I don't trust my staff to
do it properly.
