Still trying to compile 2.0 on Ubuntu Edgy

Okay, so I did the following:
svn checkout http://svn.gnucash.org/repo/gnucash/branches/2.0 2.0
cd 2.0
./autogen.sh
./configure
make uninstall

...and uninstall fails with the error below.  The culprit appears to be
'apps_gnucash_history.schemas', but it does exist in the
directory /usr/local/etc/gconf/schemas.  I tried copying it to
gconf.xml.defaults, to no avail.
