Order of transactions for same day.

Use the 'num' field in the transaction.

This is not a bug; this is how it is supposed to sort.  It sorts
credits before debits and then sorts by date-entered.  However
it's quite possible that the invoice code doesn't set a "proper"
date-entered and just uses the date-posted value there.
