import date limit

Hi All

Some weeks ago I became aware that import window has a built-in limit for
the date it looks for a matching transaction in the past of about 14 days.

Where (in what file) is this limit hardcoded?
Is there any implication in changing that (besides the obvious effect of
looking further in the past)?
