Report Fonts

Guys,
  I searched the mailing lists and found a few references to font size 
problems.
And the responses all said to use the gnome-control-center.
 This does not seem to help me, all of my reports are generated with a 
serif font and I have no serif fonts specified.
And the reports are looking pretty sad.  If this option is in the 
gnome-control-center can you be a bit more specific as to where ?
I find nothing in the standard font window that affects the reports at all.
